Most clients work up to spending 2-3 hours per week on movement and workouts (together we’ll figure out the plan that fits your life best), plus weekly live one-on-one Zoom coaching calls with me. The goal is to incrementally add high-impact habits that you can stack into your life…not just adding more tasks to your to do list.
