Your Partner in Pain Relief, Workout Recovery, & Whole-Body Wellness
Most of the people who find me have already tried other things. They've pushed through the pain, stretched it out, iced it, ignored it, and hoped it would go away on its own. I get it, because I've seen it over and over again.
My approach to therapeutic massage is simple: slow down, listen to your concerns, feel for the patterns and clues, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Real relief is possible. You just need the right support.
And for the women who are ready to go beyond our pain relief sessions; to finally take control of their weight, their energy, and how they feel every single day. That's exactly what my health coaching program was built for.
What Massage and Self-Care Actually Does For Your Body
Most people come in thinking massage is a luxury. They leave understanding it's a necessity. Here's what's actually happening when you're on my table:
-
Physical Benefits
Breaks down muscle tension and knots that restrict how you move
Increases circulation, bringing blood and oxygen to overworked tissues
Reduces inflammation that builds up from training, stress, and daily life
Speeds up recovery so you can get back to doing what you love faster
Improves range of motion and flexibility without force
Supports your lymphatic system in flushing out waste and toxins
Provides real, lasting relief from chronic pain that you've probably been managing for too long
-
Mental Benefits
Lowers cortisol, your body's primary stress hormone
Improves sleep quality, often after just one session
Reduces anxiety and creates a genuine sense of calm that stays with you long after the session
Gives your nervous system permission to finally slow down
Improves overall mood in ways that are hard to explain until you feel it yourself

My Story: Why I Became A Whole Body Wellness Coach
After a decade of working with clients on fat loss and fitness in the gym, I realized something was missing. My clients, everyday people like you and me, were constantly in pain.
Little aches and pains, but nagging all the same. Pain that made them skip certain exercises, or sometimes even full workouts. Pain that distracted them from being present at work or with their families.
Despite my best efforts to support them as a personal trainer, pain was beyond my scope of practice and knowledge...and most of my clients wouldn't follow my advice to improve their mobility, or to incorporate stretching techniques at home.
This desire to help relieve pain led me to massage therapy, which I quickly fell in love with for its effectiveness for both pain relief and instant relaxation.
And yet even then, some of my massage clients would fall back into old patterns of pain because they would remain sedentary between our sessions.
I finally realized that whole body wellness is more than reps in the gym. And it's more than passively receiving a massage treatment. It's an ongoing, dynamic effort to maintain your health and wellness throughout all seasons of your life, and it spans across multiple modalities: Nutrition, movement, mindset, and recovery.
Now I’m excited to have the opportunity to use my 15+ years of experience working with clients to help women take back their lives through my Stronger, Happier, Healthier coaching program: to become a woman who is healthy, active, confident, and at ease in her body, regardless of age.
Here to help and guide you.
Cheers, Jamie
Ready to feel better in your body?
“Jamie is my go to for helping my body feel better! I spend all day on a computer which has led to both back and hip issues. She always finds the source of my pain and I love that she incorporates cupping. I leave feeling so much better both physically and mentally.”
