  • Should I book a massage before or after my workout?
Most therapeutic treatments will leave you and your muscles feeling relaxed rather than energized, so it’s best to do your workout prior to your treatment or on a different day. A quick rinse in the shower if you’ve worked up a sweat is appreciated!
  • What will I wear on the table?
Most treatments use oil and/or lotion as an emollient, so direct access to skin is necessary. You can dress down to comfort level (most wear underwear), but be assured that you will be professionally and respectfully covered with sheets at all times. Lymphatic drainage and assisted stretching sessions can both be done with the client fully clothed.
  • What is the cancellation policy/ weather policy/ late policy?
Cancellation Policy: A minimum 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of service cost. “No shows” for appointments or cancellations within 4 hours of service time will be charged 100% of service cost, or forfeiture of the gift certificate being used. Weather Policy: When bad weather and unsafe driving conditions are forecasted, I will contact all clients 12-24 hours ahead of schedule to make plans depending on the conditions ahead. Late Policy: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, I will not be able to extend your session time beyond 5 minutes past the scheduled end time. Please make every effort to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session to allow time to use the restroom and get settled in to make the most of our time together.

  • Which service should I choose?
Choose a Custom Deep Tissue treatment if you’re not sure where to start, or if this is your first massage. 60 minutes is best for full body work with 1 specific area of tension or pain. 90 or 120 minutes is better for 2 or more specific areas of pain to provide enough time for thorough work. I incorporate advanced techniques, like cupping and stretching, into most custom deep tissue sessions as needed for the best results at no extra charge.
  • Anything I should know prior to my first sessions?
Yes! Please complete the following intake form here prior to your appointment. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time in order to review this form and answer any follow up questions that may arise. Please note that my treatment room is located within Anytime Fitness Tyngsboro; come on in through the guest door and have a seat until I am able to greet you.
